In this Public Newsroom, we welcome our community to take a break from their normal schedule to focus on themselves during our wellness workshop. Through a variety of activities such as writing and games that are centered in mindfulness and creativity, participants will walk away with small exercises that they can do to incorporate joy and wellness into their daily lives.
Led by our current fellows, we’re welcoming special guests to facilitate these activities and share strategies for focusing on joy.
This event is geared toward teens and up, with multigenerational families encouraged to attend.
